This setting references the hardware already configured in the 89600 VSA software under Hardware > Configurations > Current Analyzer Configuration. However, these selections must first be configured in the Keysight Connection Expert before they appear in the VSA. (See Figure 1.)
In the AWU software, when the Calibration dialog is first opened, no hardware is selected and “Current” is displayed in the VSA Hardware Configuration field as placeholder. If you click or touch the Calibrate button at this point, the 89600 VSA uses its current selection. This is Analyzer4 in the example shown in Figure 1.
To select different hardware addresses other than “Current,” click or touch the Launch 89600 VSA button. This opens the VSA software, providing its installed, and retrieves all available VSA hardware configurations (See Figure 2), populating the VSA Hardware Configuration drop-down menu in the AWU software. (
See Figure 3.)

Sets the Oversampling Ratio value to apply on original calibration reference signal symbols. When Calibration waveform type is a single carrier, the 16QAM signal is used as the calibration reference signal. If the calibration bandwidth is 100 MHz, then the symbol rate of the 16QAM signal is 100 MHz. The final sample rate of the calibration reference signal is the Symbol rate*Oversampling Rate.
